The room was a good size, clean and suited my layover. Staff were friendly. However, there was a constant draft of cold air into the room through the front door, due to poor or non-existent seals, so I was cold most of the time. And even with 2 quilts on, the chill made it very hard to get to sleep. Turning the thermostat up didn't handle it unfortunately. Eventually, having figured out why it was so cold, I laid a towel on the floor in front of the door to block the breeze, which helped somewhat. But this was late into the stay. And anytime somebody was outside in the hallway, you could hear them clearly. Which should have been rare, as guests at this time were not allowed outside their rooms, except when departing, due to Covid-19 measures. But on several occasions there was somebody outside my door, talking loudly on their phone, which kept me awake. In any case, it was annoying being kept awake considering the point of the airport hotel is usually to rest between long-haul connecting flights. I requested a wake up call, but reception didn't call. Luckily I was awake anyway. But, regardless, they should have called. When I mentioned this, they did apologise. I would possibly stay there again, but I'd pack a few extra layers of clothing.
