We booked 4 rooms for a family trip and had a mixed experience overall.
Check-in was surprisingly slow and disorganised It took much longer than expected. Four different staff members were involved, with three of them constantly deferring to one more experienced staff, which caused unnecessary delays. There was also no explanation provided about the hotel facilities, Wi-Fi access, or any helpful information during check-in.
One thing that puzzled us was the repeated “wellness check” knock on the door every single day, which felt intrusive and disrupted our rest.
The air conditioning in the rooms was inconsistent, especially at night—sometimes it was too hot, other times too cold, making it hard to stay comfortable.
The lobby seating was limited and uncomfortable, too small for the number of guests around.
I also had an issue in the gym where I accidentally left my room card inside. There was no staff manning the gym counter, and I had to trouble another guest to help me retrieve the card.
On the positive side, the hotel offers convenient access to Tanglin Mall via level 2, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.
Overall, while there are some good aspects, the service and guest experience fell short. I would not recommend this hotel for stays beyond one night.
