Disappointed
I rented an apartment with 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 children in 4 days. I came on Saturday, the room was large and clean, quite satisfied at first.However, the service wasn't good at all.
- I only could catch the free bus from the hotel to the city centre, but not from the centre to the city. When I complained with the staff at reception, she said, the bus could not stop because too much public tranports there (even she was not there), and if I want to come back I have to wait at other place. The main point is that, before going to the center, I've already asked her where I can catch the bus to come back, and she said just only wait where you arrive. I've spent 30mins just to look the bus went through. Really could not understand what happen with her, and what happen to the bus service???
- The rice cooker is not avaiable at the kitchen, if you want to use it, you have to ask the staff, and they will bring it late to you :((
- The breafast is terrible with ONLY BREAD
- The location is not good place for shopping but the price is too expensive.
I don't thinhk that I will come back
