The hotel in overall is clean, the rooms are aceptable. It is very close to Bugis metro station (within walking distance). It has a Nice pool area with showers and sauna available for guests even after check out. It makes a difference!

Very nice hotel, excellent location for shopping ans dining options and well connected. The staff were a bit aloof and not too helpful but overall it was a very good stay

Very peaceful area near the arab street with night dining. Hotel team very courteous and helpful. The checkin staff are lovely and smiling and explained everything for our stay. Breakfast very decent with alot of variety and rooms very comfortable , spacious and housekeeping was great.The pool was nice and relaxing. Overall great stay and very nice hotel definitely recommend.

家族4人（6歳と4歳の子供）と3泊4日滞在しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。子供達が一番喜んでいたのはプールで、浅い子供向けエリアから深いところまで自由に泳ぎ楽しんでいました。 さすがにキングベッド1台で4人は狭く、大きなソファをくっつけて子供が寝ましたが、部屋自体は広かったので気になりませんでした。ありがとうございました！

A lovely hotel, with a fabulous pool and gym. In a great location (although a total building site in April 2024, and really hard to cross the roads to walk to it!). Great breakfast and really helpful staff.

If you don’t get a city view room, I don’t advise this hotel. The first time I stayed there I got a city view and it was very nice, this time my room was a huge gray wall, which made the room dark and depressing. That being said, it is impecable, the staff are attentive and the breakfast is good. Just not worth it if you get the terrible view, with all the good options in Singapore.

Excellent place to stay…
Really lovely place to stay. Close to MRT. Room size good. Staff excellent. Bed was wider than it was long! Definitely stay again.

Very good location! Nice interior and a neat pool area. The only thing we didn’t like too much was the breakfast. That was just ok in our opinion. We would have liked more variety on a continental type of breakfast. Other then that, we were very satisfied with our stay and we would always come back here !!

Parkroyal on beach road was absolutely wonderful, we came to Singapore to explore and for the Grand Prix and this hotel was well places for both. Room very clean and comfortable and checked every day. Much needed air conditioning. Staff so friendly and helpful along with amazing breakfast options

Room on the Club Floor
Stayed a couple nights with my wife in a Club Room. My wife is OCD and she was happy with the room, washroom & cleanliness. The staff at the Club floor and ground floor were amazing. Food & Drinks offered at the Club Lounge was a disappointment. We’ve had much better elsewhere. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The spread was adequate, nothing to rave about ! The restaurant gets somewhat ‘overwhelmed’ during the last hour (9am -10am), I would recommend going much earlier to avoid the madness. In a nutshell, the room & staff were great ! The F&B management should be replaced !
