During our 5-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. Although we were told that housekeeping would be every other day. It's really unpleasant to come back to the room and find all the towels still wet and not replaced. Because of the humidity in the room, it's hard to breathe. "This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"This was a simple stay but SO nice. I had everything I needed. There was treats and water you can get 24/7 where you check in. The rooms had little things you don’t think about that made it very convenient. Like even pump soap at the sink. And a good sized refrigerator ! Everything felt clean. And room was nice and cold. Will def return. All you need for a little beach getaway."
