"I’m not sure how this hotel would be considered 5 star. There are absolutely no amenities... pool, gym, valet etc. I’d say solid 3 star. The restaurant server was very rude to us. Our room smelled like well water and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The location was no where near anything so we couldn’t walk… but the ocean view was amazing if you pay $700 for a good room. This hotel is no where near that price I promise you’ll be disappointed. "The staff was so helpful and charming. The rooms were upgraded and more than what we needed. The bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I also really enjoyed Sintra and our stay was greatly improved by staying overnight. The location is also super convenient from the train station. Incommon restaurant was also close by and delicious."
