"I’m not sure how this hotel would be considered 5 star. There are absolutely no amenities... pool, gym, valet etc. I’d say solid 3 star. The restaurant server was very rude to us. Our room smelled like well water and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen in any hotel. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Karen, our hostess, was incredibly attentive to our needs as we were traveling with a one year old. Our room was turned down and taken care of everyday. We were assigned a charming room in the former wine cellar. No elevator and we were prepared to carry our suitcases downstairs but the staff insisted on doing it.
