The office mgr assisted us in purchasing our train tickets to Porto when she found out we hadn't purchased them yet, again above and beyond. The hotel restaurant for breakfast was amazing. Great experience with the Chalet. "

"This place was absolutely charming with lots of characteristics!! We stayed 2 nights in the room 'Moon River'(queen size bed). The room was very clean, spacious and with lovely big windows. We appreciated the attention in the small details. Breakfast was great and met our needs (cold and hot options). The location was excellent and walking distance (15min) to old town of Sintra (keep in mind you're on a mountain so lots of hills/steep climbs). Plenty of free street parking in the "loop", but if...
