"Catarina was very helpful, breakfast was wonderful. I have no complaints. ."

"What a unique experience this was ! Staying in a century’s old building in the Center of Sintra’s historic district was amazing. Finding the hotel was challenging but once we called Karen (owner) for directions we got close and her wonderful assistant met us and directed us in and to great parking which can be problematic. We liked the room and the breakfast Karen put on was delicious. We loved this hotel the people (Karen and staff) the area . Bill &Renee O"

"Very cute and clean property. The front desk staff were very nice and the outdoor deck space was a bonus! Great location for going to the castles."

"Stayed for 2 nights, It was a nice place to relax and slow down after coming from a busier city. Staff were friendly. My only issue was that my room had issues with the Heater unit and wasn’t able to be fixed and no others rooms were available. That staff was kind to provide me with an extra blanket to keep warm. The facility and grounds were well kept I would recommend the place to others"

"Beautiful property with a lovely room. Easy to find and we loved they had a shuttle from the airport. Highly recommend :)"

"Gelegen op een rustig pleintje. Een heel leuk en kleinschalig hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel. Klassieke kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Niet over the top, maar precies goed. Het ontbijt is zeer aan te raden evenals de ligging van het hotel. Wij kozen ervoor om vanaf het gratis Lourel parkeerterrein excursies te plannen. Vanaf daar gaan er namelijk busverbindigen naar alle bezienswaardigheden van Sintra."

"Great location with awesome views. Easy walk to the old town centre."

"I had a wonderful stay here in Sintra as a solo female traveller! The location was very convenient—just a short walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and food options nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. They kindly allowed me to check in early, which was especially helpful, and also offered free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. They were very flexible and happily accommodated all of my...

"La struttura è molto vicina ad una strada ad alto passaggio di veicoli e potrebbe risultare non particolarmente isolata acusticamente se la stanza è più esposta verso di essa. Da notare che la struttura ha regole rigide per l'accesso e per la permanenza. Queste vengono inviate poco prima del check-in che avviene dopo le ore 16:00. Richiesto invio di documenti di tutti gli ospiti. Locale soggetto a videosorveglianza nelle parti comuni."

"Avery nice apartment, comfortable bed and lots of natural light."

"Very easy to find ,clear instruccions .. Clean ,great place to stay Plenty of parking on the back"

"Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel, staff and site are excellent!"

"This is, without question, the worst place I have ever booked. The property is advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is a private home that bears no resemblance to what is being advertised. I felt completely misled. Getting there is a nightmare. The road is virtually impassable, and unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle or a quad bike, you are likely to struggle just to reach the property. This is not made clear in the listing. Once we finally arrived, we were met with obvious damp...

"The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Parking would have been better if we were told that they had a voucher for parking. We were not told that until after my husband went driving around looking for a place to park. I would not completely recommend this place as our "junior suite" was basically in the attic and we had to climb 39 stairs every day up and down. Be sure to know what room you have and do not get rooms 8 or 9 unless you like climbing stairs everyday."
