"They advertise that shower gel is provided, however my container was actually empty, the same for shampoo. I asked to refill, my message was ignored. Shower mat didn't look very clean."

"The Karema is in a good location only approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, pubs etc. Very friendly hosts, good room and good breakfast. Would go back again Good value for money Thank You for a lovely stay "

"Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel."

"Gemma and John are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming, they both could not do enough for you us during our stay. Provided a pack up breakfast for us on the first morning we stayed. Can thoroughly recommend The Fountaindale "

"Very friendly hosts, help was there if you needed any, the room was very clean and well presented, We had a television, we had tea, coffee sugar, milk, biscuits, a sanitised toilet, an onsuite shower. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely choosing the same Guest house next year "

"I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. "Lovely couple, lovely cosy room, lovely and warm throughout the hotel. Would highly recommend this to anyone. It's definitely on my list of hotels I would stay in again. "

"This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. "

"Apartment is in a great location close to beach & attractions. Staff were welcoming & friendly and let us check in 2 hours early which was appreciated as it was raining. Apartment is well presented but very grubby and dated. Found the room & pillows to smell of grease/cooked food, carpet was filthy & beds were so uncomfortable we cut the trip short by a night. Overall not the worst place I have stayed, but definitely not worth the money & won’t be returning."
