"We really enjoyed our stay at the Scandic Sydhavnen Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, modern, functional and conveniently located near the train station. Staff overall were friendly and helpful.
In addition to our two night stay at the hotel, we purchased two breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food and service at the restaurant were very good.
The only comment we have in regard to the hotel is about the charges for our dinner at the restaurant. After our meal, the...

"My only complaint is the A/C wasn't working properly.
We had to open the windows to sleep. I communicated this to the staff and apparently it was fixed but it wasn't. Even though the unit was set to full power and 19 degrees, the room never came down from 23 degrees at any point.
Also the mattress on the sofa bed was very thin and hard to sleep on, could go with an improved one.
But other than that the hotel was great and the staff was too."
