"Breakfast was the same every day and the oatmeal was always cold. The dresser had a a wedge under a leg to try and help, yet it was still so unlevel that the top drawer or multiple drawers wouldn't stay shut. Front desk was helpful and polite. Cleaning staff rude and constantly blocking hallways, whether by carts or multiple staff, and literally ran into us without so much as an excuse me or apology and then sucked her teeth like the guest was an inconvenience for being in her way."
