"Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. "Close to restaurants and groceries and kitchen is fully stocked for make at home meals. Felt safe in the area. Close to beach. The room was clean and had a small table and chairs for sitting outside. I wouldn’t pay extra for the “ocean view.” The rooftop pool area could have been cleaned more often but it’s a nice area with a bbq if wanted. "

My only minor complaint was the cooking utensils could have been a little better. The frying pans were warped, and there was no proper fry turner. If you are not cooking, you will have no issues."

"It's a very pretty condohotel on 1st Av, only a 1 minute walk to everything. Nightclub next door will be heard at night, but not overwhelming. Rooms are very small, but nicely furnished and very livable for short stays. But don't plan anything very long in an approx. 400 sq ft 1 bdrm unit."
