"El hotel en si está muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, no le doy las 5 estrellas por qué el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y se informo a recepción, y eso es lo que falta, como que se comuniquen más entre ellos por qué el primero fue y la reinicio, al siguiente día siguió igual y fue otro e hizo los mismo y así el tercero y asta entonces nos cambiaron de condominio y el otro super bien, si no hubiera sido por eso a y por el wifi que falla un poco , hubiera estado perfecto, por...

"Great room actually it was a living room kitchen two bathrooms and a bedroom. Everything worked. It was beautiful, the area is a little dead so it’s the weather is really hot. "Check in was a little bumpy, but i give language barrier the reason for this. The room was very nice, nice design, new and clean. The only issue really was that the elevator wasn't working 2 days out of our 4 day stay....the pool and gym is located 7 floors up on the roof...that was an issue at first.
