Yes the ocean was visible from our room. I had paid for the garden veiw, the room wasnt ready and apparently they had some cancelations we were comped. Problem was the two double beds. We stayed at the Bahía Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed.
