"The room has no amenities, no slippers, no toothbrushes, no iron, no notes, no directory. If you want anything, go down to the reception and beg for it. They never anticipate your need but only giving excuses The telephone in my room was broken for the first 2 nights, I went up and down to inform them many times the first 2 days but nobody care. Until the third day they got it fixed. Thanks!
Poor breakfast, canned sausages, tasteless scramble eggs, boring pasta every morning, bread and cheap...

"Its reasonable rates in one of the busiest areas (orchard) of Singapore.
Its a budget hotel located on orchard road with reasonable size room but with small bathroom.
Staff were helpful, Hotel is located close to MRT Somerset station. Pool is nice. in generally, a pleasant stay since i was mostly out of the hotel.
Don't expect any more with that hotel, because it is not worth for the money you pay.
They need to improve a huge of things especially in customer service."

"Great room, comfortable bed, great attention to detail (eg. Night lights, torch),had a city view but overlooked a building site below but they refunded us the upgrade we’d paid without an issue. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast outstanding. Slow service at poolside (half an hour wait for a drink). Umbrellas on offer to use as it was raining hard. Surprised when came to payment as a service charge was also added along with the taxes. Don’t think this was mentioned when we booked on...
