"I loved the location and outdoor area with pool. My only complaint is they only cleaned my room once and I was there for a week."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient early and late opening hours. However, my son was bitten multiple times on his arms, back, and legs by a large insect or mosquito. Despite moving our room, the damage was already done. They requested that I send pictures to the manager, but I never received a response. I wish they had done more to put me at ease, but overall, I had a pleasant stay with a hot shower and a super comfortable bed. "

"I had a suite with a separate living room which I really enjoyed. It was nice that the hotel maintained it’s historical appeal while providing modern amenities. The staff was very nice and always helpful. I will stay at the hotel when I am in the area in the future. "

"Metro Hotel is a delightful find! The decor in the main areas and the rooms is whimsical and fun, the staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. I had four great nights here and am going back again in April. It's a great find in Petaluma!"

"Not worth the price. Period. The front desk guy was sleeping when I arrived then seemed bothered by me being there. Didn’t speak to me other than for my ID and I would have asked for an upgrade since I needed a freezer but it wasn’t an option. The room, I had to take a video…paint peeling off multiple walls, stained shower wall, grout missing from the tub, cobwebs around the window, the lumpiest pillows (all of them) I’ve ever experienced. "The young man at the front desk was amazing and very kind. The property was run down. The room was outdated and extremely dusty. Maybe none had stayed there in months? Windows so dirty as well as the carpet and overall property needs renovations. Location was good. The marina was a bunch of dilapidated boats… maybe pictures need to be updated on the site. It’s kind of misleading."

"The outside was adorable. Apon walking in is a huge wiff of fish and cologne. The man checking us in was very nice but very hard to understand. Once we got up to out room there was no aid conditioning abd the windows dont open. They did give us a little fan but it could only do so much. The door didnt lock properly and there was still hair in the bathtub. They have free coffe in the room but in order to make it you would have to buy the $3 dollar water. For the price we paid for 2 rooms air...
