"We had booked this property, however, due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our stay on the day of the check-in.
The staff was very courteous to consider our last minute cancellation request and refunded the money.
I am glad that there are staff members who really care for their guests and are accommodating of unforeseen circumstances.

"Perfect hospitality in the heart of the Medina. Would definitely recommend the airport transfer, which included a porter to wheel luggage through the car-free heart of the city. The Riad itself was a haven of calm, with attentive staff and a great roof terrace. Highly recommended. "

"Staff was incredibly helpful. I will say that the entrance to this Riad (and most Riads in Marrakech) are deceiving as they open into alleyways, but all it takes is one step through the door and it is like entering a different world."
