"La persona que me atendió de manera muy grosera, me cobró personalmente , aunque le expliqué muchas veces que ya lo había pagado por medio de la aplicación, aún que ya me había mostrado el recibo de pago. Literalmente me amenazo con correrme si no me daba el dinero, y por razones de logística tuve que pagarle ya que no tenía otro lugar donde quedarme. Fue una experiencia bastante estresante y desagradable. Decidí retirarme mejor y buscar otro lugar ( una que ya me había pagado dos veces) ya que...

"A melhor pousada que ja fui. A Melville supera expectativas. Os quartos são um charme, limpos, cheirosos e aconchegantes. O café da manhã uma delícia e bem variado. Agora o melhor está o atendimento. A moça da recepção e as meninas da cozinha são uns amores, atenciosas e simpáticas. A pousada Melville esta de parabéns!!"

"This beautiful property was located perfect for us since we wanted to explore Torres del Paine National Park. Carlos and Cristina run this boutique hotel with love and pride. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are the comfiest we’ve had so far this trip. The view of our room was a dream and the common areas are lovely. We would definitely stay again. They also secured us meal reservations at restaurants and provided laundry wash service!"

"The free roaming llamas, alpacas and kittens, and meeting the ponies and birds was wonderful. The English speaking marketing manager was very helpful. In booking trips for us! We will be back to stay another night tomorrow. "

"Small boutique hotel with polite staff. Breakfast was made to order scrambled eggs, but had buffet style deli cold cuts and cheese, fresh fruits, assorted pastries and bread. Hotel is walking distance from Main Street and the starting points of several of the main hikes. Only flaw there’s no central AC unit so the room gets warm "

"Lovely stay. We were upgraded to a room with ac which made all the difference as expedia didn’t have one with them. The town is fun and this guest house is only a 5-10 minute walk from the center without all the noise. Pool was nice and definitely recommended checking out all the beaches especially El Raspón. The 24 hr mini market a couple blocks away makes ALL the difference, too. Staff friendly and helpful getting tours."
