"I really can’t complain. I had an amazing trip. I love Colombia. This is my third time visiting however, the only thing I didn’t like is, I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned and they came and clean my room anyway other than that I really can’t complain. "Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also."
