"O apartamento estava com muita poeira no chão, pedi reforço,pois tenho uma bebê de 10 meses que engatinhar, mas não limparam. As janelas da cortina de vidro estão precisando de manutenção, muito ruim pra abrir e fechar. Percebe-se que o imóvel precisa de manutenção, tem ate armários gavetas querbadis"
