"We arrived to find out they didn't have our room because there was no housekeeping done that day. They had an upgrade available, but would need to charge us more for it. Desperate, we paid the extra. When we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned either from the previous guest. We had to request new bedsheets and towels, and clean the room ourselves. What the ......!!!!"

"I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. "

"Breakfast had lots of variety including hot dishes. Hotel location is convenient to the interstate and lots of dinner options nearby. The hotel is clean and quiet and has daily maid service for longer stays."

"Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants...

"Overall the place was VERY clean, some things not updated in the rooms, but better than others in the area. My trouble was with the overnight desk clerk. I went to my car & got locked outside around 4:30am. I went to try to ask the guy at the front desk to re-magnetize my key card because it wasn’t working. He completely ignored my request and asked if I had dogs in my room. My response, “yes I do”. He then started that I would be charged, I responded “Oh?” & asked the cost. He told me how much...
