"Rooms are very outdated, I had to fix the shower head because it was leaking and I feel the rooms are very small for the price being paid"

"When we first checked into the room. The room was filled with ants and the hotel staff used the ants spray to kill the ants. We did want to stay in the room and hope by the time we come back all the chemicals spray smells will be gone. We can back around 10 pm and found the floor was flooded from leaking refrigerator. They have some towels to clean up the water on the floor. Then I start to smell the ant spray which did not got air out and still smell very strong in the room. I have...

"Front desk guy had a bit attitude but we did check in at 1am so I get him😅 the toilet water smelled so bad we couldn’t use it because the smell. The bed was really comfortable and clean sheets. Overall a decent hotel to stop for the night"

"The location can't be beat, the place is great - not fancy but not lacking in any significant way (it's clean, the little shop in the lobby is out of sight, everyone was very nice). I'm a Redondo native and I'm going to stay here every time I come down from now on."

"I did like the fact that the bed was comfortable sheets were clean. I did not like the fact that the room was dated it needed renovating paint was chipping off the walls. Parts of the window were broken. It looks like the building is in the middle of remodeling that should’ve been reflected in the price."

"Our room is 418 near elevator. I can’t sleep because I can hear people talking and coming in and out of the elevator. Better sound proofing is needed."

"We absolutely loved our ocean view sunset facing room! Beautifully appointed, great balcony, amazing customer service! Property is spectacular - pools gorgeous and dining fabulous. We loved the spa and adjacent pool/dining/lounging!! Great for families and romantic getaways alike!"
