"Perfect location if you need to stay near a tube station tons of shops unfortunately was a bit let down by the stay because when I checked in the bed that was assigned to me clearly still had not been turned over was given another bed and had left for the evening and when I returned someone was occupying it. So since it was late and no staff around I took one of the other beds that weren't turned over yet but empty to be able to sleep. The mattress needs to be swapped out as there is no cushion...

"EN VERDAD no se si llamar hotel,o no se. lo que puedo contar es que pasamos un calor terrible nuestra habitación era en un piso para abajo sin ascensor y cargando 4 maletas con mochilas ect...el desayuno esta aceptable pero a las 9:30 am ya cierran estas de vacaciones allí no ofrecen almuerzo pues...extiende? un poco más la hora de cerrar el desayuno. Yo no regresaría de verdad pasamos un calor abrumador el baño parecía un saunas te levantas enpegostado al igual te acuestas así también muy mala...

"All of my linens had streaks of dirt on them. The lift was broken at times (I stayed on the 5th floor). The lounges were under construction (undisclosed) and unusable due to noise/closures. My room was smaller than pictured and did not have all the shown amenities. Overall really disappointed. The location was great, but not worth all that hassle."
