Khách sạn Đông Nam Anh

"For $1,000/night, there are a few things I would expect to receive, such as valet parking, fully trained staff and maybe an update to very tired room decor. Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training..."

"Beautiful Hotel, Deeply Disappointing Experience. 1/5 Stars Hilton Gatwick is a magnificent building, conveniently connected to the South Terminal. Unfortunately, my experience was distressing. Recovering from major abdominal surgery with severe pain and limited mobility, I contacted the hotel before and after booking to arrange a nearby room, luggage assistance and wheelchair transport to British Airways. All were assured. Despite explaining my condition again at check-in, I was assigned...

"Functional hotel, bathroom in need of modernisation and a good scrub! Bit pathetic that you have to pay to use spa facilities, pay for parking and breakfast doesn’t come as standard."

"✅"

"Sauna and steam… about 8 unsupervised kids running in and out…staff don’t deal with this. The sauna and steam are way too small for the size of the hotel. Steam holds about 7 people. Inconsiderate guests lay across the sauna bench and steam when they can see people trying to come in and people have to go back out. Reception staff very pleasant but when taking the holding deposit they don’t tell you how much they’re taking, just swipe your card. Room adequate. Breakfast sausages were tough coffee...

"Very convenient and functional"

"My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!"

"Lovely comfortable room. Excellent shower. Excellent breakfast. I didn’t have time to enjoy the bar or drawing room but it looked lovely. It’s really well located in the centre of town - and Farnham is a lovely town to visit."

"Very good"

"Overall: Good stay, but limited food options The breakfast here was really excellent — fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. That was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the lunch and dinner options are quite limited. The menu is mostly sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and steaks — not much variety at all. In my opinion, the food just isn't worth the price. On the plus side, the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel."

"Amazing staff nothing was to much trouble beautiful hotel no complaints I visit regularly"

"Good property and great breakfast for a stay close to Heathrow. But the hotel does need to look at the air con in the room. 27 degrees all night and no way to control it within the room. When I told the duty receptionist about this he just shrugged that I should have called reception and maintenance at 1:00 in the morning!!!! Not good enough. However all restaurant and bar staff were highly attentive and courteous."
