"I have stayed in upper and extremely moderate hotels, motels and inns. Never have I been told to use a palm sized bar of soap to wash my entire body because bath gel/body wash is not offered. I simply did an insufficient bird bath and when I got on the ship the next day, I spent a very long time in the shower with loads of suds all over my body. Yes, I am a woman. They do offer two vials of shampoo (no conditioner) and not sure how many who do wash their hair do not follow up with some kind of conditioner. Both body wash and conditioner can be cheap when bought in bulk."

Only complaint, they charge your account with 100$ security to cover damages etc. They told us the charge will be credited back to our credit card within 3 days but now its 3 weeks after and no refund. Messaged them twice and had no reply."
