I booked this place on the day of travel at a very reasonable price, and they were still accommodating enough to give me a later check out time with no extra charge. "We booked the Grand Suite which was beautiful and comfortable with our own access to a private garden. Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate Bianca’s hospitality. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting Bath. "

"Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. Room was Excellent very clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was Excellent also. A beautiful place to Stay ."

"The hotel is set inan amazing area. Walking distance to a shops. The hotel rooms were big and inviting. It was spotless and tidy. The bathroom showed some age but was perfectly functional. And as a cyclist you are very close to an old train track bed that is a shared cycle walking path with a tunnel that runs directly under the hotel. And into the main town centre. "
