"This property is not as described on Expedia. The location of the unit backs on a busy road and the community garbage area is beside the parking spot and in front of the unit. The minimal seating in the patio was useless for a family of 6. The beach chairs were rusted and the umbrella was unusable. The presence of cockroaches in the kitchen was disgusting. This unit was a total disappointment for the price we paid. The grounds in the complex however are beautifully kept with exotic...

"This property fit exactly what we needed. We used it as our home base after daily excursions. It had plenty of room and is very well kept. The place is clean and well maintained. Short 3 minutes drive to great pizza , and magic sands beach. Perfect location to come and go. "
