The bathroom door doesnt really shut easily and we couldn't access the washer and dryer because the door garage keypad didnt have up or down arrows like the instructions stated. We did find one cockriach under the kitchen sink but i think thats pretty common for the area. "

"Villa 40 is nice; however, it needs some repairs. The downstairs shower drain has a constant bad smell. The left sink drain is clogged for this bathroom and a smoke detector is missing from the downstairs Master Bedroom. My family and I were annoyed by the large kayak in the garage. It was difficult to get in and out of our car because the kayak limited the car door opening. We could not even use the kayak because a sign was posted saying don't use it. "The toilet would not work, took 2 days to get someone to fix it. There were dishes in the cupboard with food on them. At 5am there was a bum at the bus stop yelling. The bus stop was right outside our room. The website stated they have a hot tub but they do not. "

"Great location. Had everything you need like snorkel, ice cooler, racket. Just did not have enough toilet tissues. Shower curtain on the first floor needs to be cleaned or replaced. Overall it’s great place and would like to stay again in the future. "

"Super clean home with everything you need. Road getting in is a little rough but very navigable. Wonderful wildlife sounds to lull you to sleep. We would definitely stay here again."

"今回初めて宿泊しました。チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズにできました。部屋はビーチ側ではないのですが、バルコニーからはダイアモンドヘッドも見えて、とても綺麗な風景を見る事ができました。駐車場も一台は無料だったので助かりました。ワイキキビーチまで徒歩5．6分なので海に行くのも近く立地もよかったです。 少しお部屋のお掃除がいきとどいてなかったのは残念ですが、3泊４日楽しく充実した時を過ごせました。"

"Positives: Close to activities we were interested in (waterfall hikes, lava tube exploring, horseback tour, etc). Well-appointed with furnishings, kitchen appliances, BBQ utensils, and the like. Did not want for such items! Mostly private setting with orchard behind house. Improvements: Bedroom windows did not lock, but were elevated well above ground level. Not sure if bed linens were laundered recently, but laundry on-site. No outside trash bin. Cell service not great in the immediate area,...
