"This was a disappointing experience. I’ve stayed at Bellagio in the past and it was by far the best hotel in Vegas. However, this visit was completely different. After waiting in line over an hour to check in, we were told we would get a text when the room is ready. At 3:30, a half hour after they said the room would be ready, we had to wait once again in line and ask if it was ready. It was not. Seeing my disappointment, they sent me to another line. "It was ok. Room was clean, very accessible to everything nearby. There was an issue with our accessible shower overflowing and wetting up the bathroom floor. AC was making strange noises. Other than that the hotel was decent."
