"Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were nicely updated, comfortable, and well maintained. Both front desk employees we interacted with at check-in and check-out were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made for a great first and last impression.
Breakfast was also better than expected, with a good variety of options and everything well stocked.
The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of one experience in the breakfast area. We watched the employee helping with breakfast cut another guest’s bagel, then simply wipe the knife on his shirt before placing it back into the clean utensil bin for other guests to use. That was very unhygienic and concerning to witness.
There were also a couple of interactions where he was refilling condiments while guests were trying to use them. Instead of stepping aside or acknowledging people, he would just stand there waiting, making it feel like the guests were in his way. It may have been a language barrier or simply a misunderstanding, but it came across as awkward and not very customer-friendly.
Aside from that one employee, our experience was excellent. The cleanliness, updated rooms, helpful front desk staff, and quality breakfast made this an enjoyable stay."
