"The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails...

"Property was nice but is more like a condo rental than "resort". The view from my room was beautiful and not too far from free parking. The room is very large with a stand up shower, decent kitchen, tv, and lanai. However the Murphy Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. I had a back ache every day and noticed blood stains on the sheets later. :( There is absolutely NO service here so don't expect room service or anything brought to you. For new towels, you must call before 3pm and put your dirty...

"The property was nice, staff were really good but our 1 Bedroom Suite needs to be updated. The mat in the front door was so old and dirty. The bedroom was small, hallway in the unit was small and tight. Bathroom ceiling was dirty and had a hole. Our air conditioner went out 2X. Hallway path towards the room was so dark. Please make some change."
