"Breakfast was skimpy"

"We had 4/5 cockroaches in our first room. Called the front desk and they offered to spray, absolutely not we have a toddler and need to move rooms. Moved us across the hotel on the 2nd floor. Room was great no issues. Went to the pool the following night and hotel staff managed to put another family in the same room we had moved out of. Needless to say, we won’t be staying again."

"I felt like the room was a dungeon. I was on the first floor and the patio faced the courtyard so you couldn't have the drapes open and the front door with the other window faced the other courtyard so I couldn't have that drapes open because people would be looking in the room. So the whole time the drapes were closed, and the room was very dark and depressing. Also a lot of construction going on at the site."

"It’s always our pleasure staying at this resort, it’s a calming place to be. The soothing flute music at the elevator area, the thoughtful Native American decor and even the carpeting is like no other. This is our go to place for a weekend getaway in the middle of summer! Cheers!"
