"i just felt the outside of the property was dirty and not well kept.. even the elevators were dirty rooms were not bad but it just looked and felt dirty"

"This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. Our ironing board was visibly broken as it only had one leg. And both hair dryers were not available for use; one was broken and one had additional items in the bag left by previous guest. These items did not impact our stay. The only thing that impacted my stay was I assumed that a Signature room would give an actual oceanfront front view, which was my primary reason for going and choosing the Signature room. If I knew that I will be overlooking a pool I could have just got a standard room. Other than that, very nice property with excellent staff. Food on the property is more expensive than off the property, but very convenient. I would bring my family again, but only if they can guarantee a room on the ocean as that is important to me when I travel inside the US. I want my domestic trip to feel like my carribean/international trip. And I don't mind paying extra for it."

"The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating ones. Very limited towels at the pool, but housekeeping didn’t take the ones we had in our room from the night before when they cleaned the room, so that is likely contributing. Free EV charging easily available during our stay "

"The room was very basic. You can tell it hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly. It was very average."

"When we checked in, I was told if there was any issues to come downstairs and speak to the front desk. The hot water did not work in our room and there were roach shells and legs in the linen. We went downstairs to ask them to have maintenance fix the water issue and clean the room and were told because it is a privately owned room that they cannot do anything about it. We are also told that we could not be refunded when we checked out after only staying one night of our three nights stay. I would not stay here or recommend staying on that property to anybody."
