"Very clean room, staff are kind and always"

"Loved my room. Bedding was great. Staff were so kind and friendly. Loved the location. My most relaxing vacation."

"Reasonable for price considering the free breakfast buffet in the morning- however the rooms are very dated with no spare pillows / sheets or safe. The AC was blowing so cold it took ages to change the temp after setting. The windows aren’t double glazed and so you hear the racing of every motorbike and car on the freeway next door to the hotel."

"It was a nice one night stay"

"I picked this hotel on a whim and it ended up being a great whim! The room was really nice and had the most AMAZING view. We would sit on the sofa and watch the boats. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance and three conscience stores super close. We had a great stay!"

"Unfortunately, my stay at White Sands Hotel was far from enjoyable and did not meet my expectations. While the hotel benefits from a convenient location near Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. The bathrooms were noticeably dirty, the room had a strange, unpleasant odor, and the corridors throughout the property appeared poorly maintained. Housekeeping was disappointing, with a clear lack of attention to cleanliness...

"You get what you pay for I guess. Needed a cheap hotel for the night and this hotel looked cute. Very run down, the carpet in the rooms was very dirty. Woke up to a cockroach crawling under my sheets in my bed. Then went down to the lobby to find a homeless man sleeping on the couch surrounded by trash. Will not be staying here again."

"Nice hotel , good breakfast , but needs to upgrade furniture in lobby."

"Paid for city view w/ balcony , when I checked in I was informed the balconies was closed off on the room due to remodeling and there wasn’t any city view rooms available"

"Wayfinder was the perfect stay and place to be! The staff is all amazing, super friendly, and helpful!! Shout out Dillen! Make sure to get their recommendation cards at check in love that they do that every front desk has their own suggestion cards of local spots! The restaurant below is amazing and the pool is great! Super clean and big rooms with a great view with the balcony! Only 2 blocks away from the beach and easy access to everything you need! Definitely will be staying here every time...

"The staff was excellent and helped me on several occasions. The room was adequate and the mattress was new and comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. Hotel was close enough walking distance to most of Waikiki’s highlights."
