" This is the third year we are staying at this property. I cannot say enough good things about it. We are literally right across the street from the beach. The rooms are lovely, extremely clean and large. The restaurants are terrific. I highly recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families. It’s in a perfect location. "

"We had a very clean room! The staff was amazing! We arrived about 2 hours early but they allowed us to leave our suitcases while we walked down Waikiki beach. They have this awesome promotion with a rental company to rent umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear etc which was veryyyy convenient for us! Always had a chair and umbrella at the beach because of this amenity. Overall service was great! Can’t wait to go back! We also did self parking and it was so easy to go in and out. Highly recommend hotel! "

"I dinged the rating one star on service because they only gave me one small bar of facial soap for a four night stay. I would have expected a new one to be supplied by housekeeping on their daily straightening up visit. Also, the front desk said when I checked in that they would have housekeeping bring a couple firm pillows to the room. That never happened either. On the positive, the location and view are awesome. I loved the ocean view balcony."
