Clean room, but at the complimentary breakfast area; staff is unfriendly and was watching you like a hawk on the things you get to eat. Breakfast was very limited to just a pastry, bananas, and coffee/tea.

Hampton Inn & Suites Oroville
The sleeping space was good but the entrance and bathroom was full of ants and it smelled of pesticides. We had mentioned it to the staff and they were happy to clean it up but the next day it was back to the way it was with ants.
