"The property was beautiful, well maintained, super clean, ideally located for walking to major attractions (the falls, bird park and aquarium). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcome guests with champagne, which is a welcoming gesture. All in all, we had a wonderful experience."

"Hotel à 2 pas du parc aux oiseaux et du parc national d'iguaçu. Ce n'était pas indiqué sur Expedia quand j'avais réservé mais un transfert de l'aéroport le jour de l'arrivée et le petit-déjeuner sont inclus. Le buffet (salé classique et local + desserts) était d'ailleurs excellent. Personnel très aimable. Beaucoup de qualités pour le faible prix."

"We stayed at Vivaz Cataratas for four nights in July 2026 as a family of four, with two children around age 10. Overall, the stay was decent, but the property did not live up to its price point.
The location is convenient: about 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from central Foz do Iguaçu, and roughly 30 minutes from the falls, depending on traffic. The grounds are attractive, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas were highlights.
