"Location is okay but the place was terribly dirty: dirty and sticky floor, dust in the bed, sticky stains in the table, and super smelly perfume they use on the bedding and curtains. Not worth the price."

"Stayed at the Jaslin Hotel during a weekend in Chinatown and had a great experience. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Parking and Ubers were pretty straightforward as long as you plan ahead and know where you’re going."

"VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"I would not stay at this property again.
The property did not match the description and photos shown online. The accommodations were not what we expected, and the overall quality did not justify the price we paid.
Customer service was disappointing. Communication was slow, and it was difficult to get responses when we had questions after our stay.
