Very clean and updated modern. Had a king suite for our family of 4, wish there was a way for the. To understand that the pullout bed will be used and they would have the bedding’s already placed in the room instead of having to go to the reception and collect it, esp when you have a late midnight ...

Kasa South Side Pittsburgh
Didn’t get any email with the instructions and got told was not allowed to stay there after 3 or 4 phone calls.

Stay Pittsburgh
The stay was fine. The battery-powered lock ran out of power late at night, and I could not get into my room for 8 hours. No communication from the property owner until regular business hours. Others had a similar experience.
