"Nothing short of incredible. Amazing, expansive villa with a great pool, comfy bed, huge bathroom (one of two!) and smart TV. Staff were so warm and helpful, really great service. Food and drink were great. Beautiful property. Check-in was smooth and they even let us in an hour and a half early which was a delight since we were only there for two nights. When my husband got sick, they offered medicine. Housekeeping was excellent. Live music at dinner was lovely. The only thing I'll note is that...

"I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat...

"Hotel is spotless, and the facilities in the room are great. The hotel pool is lovely and the gym is good too. It has a lot of air con which is good. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault the place at all. "

"the rooms wear great however the pool has tiles missing form the floor the walk way around the pool had broken lights and electrics exposed the pool lights wear green with algid the pool bar on the top floor had broken decking and looked tired and old the smell of weed around the pool was disgusting i have stayed hear three times and this will be my last The good points wear the staff wear great and very helpful Shame too see such a nice place start to fall into disrepair on the up side...

The location is perfect - a 10 minute walk to the bustle of Sairee Beach so you get the perfect blend of access to restaurants and nightlife but a peaceful escape for quiet evenings and relaxed mornings. "Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally. Used amenities such as coffee/cream/toiletries not replaced when the room was serviced but the rooms were clean and the staff pleasant. "

"We stayed 10 nights in the two bedroom villa. We had an amazing stay and should have stayed longer. It is a beautiful and private villa, the cleaning is great and it's close to the beach with many restaurants. The people working here are very friendly, and came over with toys, coconuts and cookies for our small kids. "
