"Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were surprised by all the amenities: from a beach bag and beach slippers, to a bathroom and room slippers. The breakfast buffet was superb! We are frequent travelers and this was by far the largest breakfast buffet we had. If you’re traveling during a birthday, they also provided a super tasty cake with candles. The beach front was a definite plus. We 100% recommend this resort. "

"The hotel is beautiful looks just like the pictures, not very big. Definitely best for a quiet stay. WiFi works well and room has a smart tv. The hotel isn’t walkable from much other than 7/11 across the road and a few food stalls. As it’s not close to the beach the room has beach towels and a beach mat which is great. Also close to the airport. The room service is very poor - they don’t have all the items listed as available and it arrived cold. I walked the food back to reception as it was...

"Clean room and the staff was so friendly and kind! The AC was definitely a little older and had trouble keeping up when it was very hot so we had to shut the windows and blinds and out too. Was older. I hear they have renovated rooms, so I’m sure if you got those that wouldn’t be a problem! Beautiful property well maintained and location was incredible! You can wake up to the sunride on one side and end with the sun set on the other. Breakfast was decent with a nice buffet included! Room service...

"Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands."

"The National Park is a 5-10 walk from the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained and the bathroom in our room was newly redone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A bonus is the free shuttle to the airport in a nice beautiful van. We did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and well maintained."

"The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to Walking Street, but it is not close to the beach. It is near the pier, where you can also rent e-bikes. The staff at Pier Eco are very kind and helpful."
