I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. "The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options....

"Another awesome stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Hotel was under renovations - changes are absolutely beautiful & not at all disruptive to our stay. Rooms are super spacious and clean. "This a retro hotel. If love history and nostalgia this is the place for you! It is a hidden gem! Everything is old that has been brought back to life, such a cool place.
