"This hotel appears as though it was REALLY nice maybe 10 years ago. The 5th floor smells like dog/mildew. The rooms themselves appeared to be clean, but there was absolutely back mold on the top of the roof over the shower. The door going into the bedroom of the suite was also broken and idk if they ran out of linens, but there was a fitted mattress pad folded over on my bed used as one of the blankets on the bed. (Room 517) The pool is very small (Max capacity 26 ppl) and appears to be in need...

"Well sign in was great , got to.the room and A/C had problems , they called the tech . He came to the room and worked on the unit ,it worked for about 10 minutes ,then back to front desk. Tech came out again and worked on it , it worked for about another 10 minutes, back to front desk because the phone wouldn't work . Sent tech out again , great guy, disconnected the wall unit thermostat and manually set it to the coldest setting . Lasted about 10 minutes and but that time the outside temped...

"My room power exploded I had to move my things to a whole other hotel for the night I had no ac the manager was rude and doesn’t want to give my money back DONT go here at all there’s 100s of hotels in novi and this one is not it !!!"

"No service room was received during my stay, despite it being scheduled. Just one small portion of the worst shampoo I have ever tried. No iron, no dryer. It has a kitchen but no items to use it, no pans, no silverware, literally nothing. It is a cheap option, but that is too austere."

"the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."

"So lost power walking up 3 flights of stairs they could have covered the new parking fee 10 dollars a day not happy 3 huge lots in suburbs should not be charged no lights in parking lot while we were there don’t think I will stay there again after this not happy at all."
