"The stay and hotel were great. At check in it took a little longer then I would have liked. At the pool it was a holiday weekend but getting a chair or chairs by the pool was very difficult. Tons of hotel towels holding chairs nobody was coming back for. Very frustrating."

"The advertisement on line is NOTHING like the actual property. They are baiting and switching. I even emailed them to confirm a few things, and they never followed thru with any of that. The room was FILTHY... i have videos of hair in the tub, food on the bedding. The carpet was not fit to walk on.
