"The restaurant, coffee service, and breakfast staff were outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and truly delivered an excellent guest experience.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. I was surprised that my valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license was not accepted, and the focus seemed to be on what couldn’t be done rather than finding a solution. The front desk team would benefit from additional training on what it means to deliver a world-class guest experience by listening,...

"Hotel novo com excelente custo beneficio. Bem localizado com estacionamento fácil na rua. Acesso a pé ao centro historico.
Possui um restaurante na parte de baixo tb muito bom e bonito.
Atendimento super cordial!!!"

"The Amare Hotel was our favorite stay of our 2-week trip. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast that is included was delicious and had a wide variety. We had 2 dinners at the hotel and they were also excellent. We would book again without hesitation."

"Very nice resort in a developing area. The room is big, with a nice balcony facing the pool. The hotel has a small gym with dumbbells and a couple of machines, it works for some basic workout. The beach is beautiful, and breakfast is included.
The AC wasn’t working properly in the lobby, and the room was not cold enough to my personal preference, but we had a beautiful stay anyway.
The staff in the reception were very welcoming and helpful."
