"Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here."

"This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate.
