"For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again."

"Everything was good"

"Our young family of 5 stayed and it was exactly what we hoped for! Awesome location. Close enough to the beach and hiking and restaurants. Highly recommend"

"Having been fortunate enough to travel quite a bit over the years, I’ve stayed in my share of hotels. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that since COVID, the hospitality experience has changed in many places. Too often, it seems the focus has shifted away from guest comfort and genuine customer service. "Room was fairly clean, although there was an M&M under the bed that should have been vacuumed up from the previous occupant. We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling after flushing that we reported and were given an interim solution because it was well after hours for maintenance to repair. "Conveniently located near UNH"

"The location to downtown is fantastic. Easy access to restaurants and shops and the capital. Very friendly and attentive staff. Easy parking."

"Very clean room , very nice staff and breakfast was good"

"Breakfast was very good and nice to have that available. Great location"

"It was clean but no where’s close to the money we paid to stay there. At $250 a night, this should be a top notch place. Shower in the room is barely big enough for a grown man. To me this should be a $80-$100 a night not $250. Would not recommend."

"Rooms large & clean, parking included, continental breakfast had large assortment, everyone very friendly."

"Lovely property, lovely staff, perfect location."
