"This hotel is nicely located in the center of Lugano. Breakfast was wonderful! Our room was spotless, and it seemed quite new. The desk gave us an unexpected credit at their Mixology bar, which was a really helpful bonus. Would certainly recommend staying here!"

"beautiful property with nice spacious rooms; the rooms were cleaned every day and I had no issues during my stay. staff were mostly nice and friendly. the breakfast spread and the restaurant/bar were really good. I also enjoyed the recreational facilities including the gym, pools, spa and sauna. the property was in a convenient area at a walking distance from downtown and had gorgeous views.
the only issue that I faced was that my room was on the fifth floor and I did not get any wi-fi signal...

Everyone working at the Hotel Piz Buin was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which helped to make our stay really enjoyable and memorable. We hope to be able to return in the future!"
"The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin."
"Perfecte ontvangst, het hotel straalt oude glorie uit en heeft de accommodatie qua sanitair voldoende goed aan deze tijd aangepast maar niet overgemoderniseerd. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en voornaam. Het ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd en wordt opgediend in de grote mooie statige ontbijtruimte van weleer. Wij logeerden met een kleine hond, wij mochten de hond meenemen in een kleine aparte ontbijtkamer waar we genoten van dezelfde service als de gasten in de grote ontbijtzaal. De ligging...

"Das Hotel liegt zentral und doch ruhig, auch bei Anreise mit Bahn (Bahnhof Davos Platz) zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte einen sehr schönen Balkon. Das Haus ist wohl schon etwas älter, was aber nicht wirklich stört. Der Service ist tadellos. Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr gut.
Insgesamt ein durchweg angenehmer Aufenthalt!"
