"Front desk and valets were good, very friendly. Cleaning staff not so good. Two nights the shower was not cleaned (and I left a gratuity every day). Used coffee cups were not replaced or cleaned, left in sink for entire stay."

"Had a wonderful check in, super friendly staff! It’s an old hotel but has been maintained extremely well, very vintage and fun. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, towels soft. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, bar, or breakfast, but the coffee was fantastic! Will stay again!"

We are in our 60s and I never saw anything saying the sleeping room was up a set of 8 steep stairs and you cannot stand in the sleeping area so we had to crawl to the stairs and at our age have to get up to use the bathroom several times per ..."
