"This is the best budget hotel in the area with a lazy river. I say budget because four seasons is literally 10x the price per night. Also, this has volcano bay literally attached to the hotel and because it's a universal hotel, you get in the water park 30 minutes early. For the other universal parks (universal, Islands of adventure and epic universe) you get in an hour early, which easily saves HOURS in line each day. It also has a nice cafeteria on site so you don't have to leave the hotel all...

"We enjoyed our stay , rooms were clean , heated pool tha closed at a good time (10pm) not too early like most hotels , good breakfast .. only downside is it’s about $30 a night to park which is incredibly ridiculous- having to pay for parking at a hotel should not be a thing but unfortunately here it is"

Each time we needed something that was included in our room we were forced to walk down to the lobby and request it.
