"Absolutely fantastic in every way. I will try to stay here on any future trips to LA. The amenities are top notch. Bed was comfy. Parking was safe and secure. Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Maybe the best hotel stay I have ever had."

"I stay at this place, everything was good but you need a code to get inside and into your room. My friend and I went out and came back to sleep and our code stop working and we trying to contact the property manager but no reply we were stuck outside for about 30 mins. we ended up living cause it just felt off to us that no one heard us but lighter were on in the rooms."

"This is a run down, fleabag, flop house. It's dirty. The towels are old and very thin. The photographs they use on Expedia are from a different motel. The terms and conditions are different online them when you arrive. The neighborhood is very dangerous. The motel clerk is behind bullet proof glass and you have to do business from the outside through a sliding metal drawer. There is no ice machines but if you want a prostitute there's one on site for your pleasure."

"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. Instead of finding myself on hold, someone answered immediately and opened the garage remotely in seconds. The location is a block from the restaurants and H-Mart in...

"The staff are very nice and responsive. The hotel‘s decor is rather drab / muted. Poorly lit in corridors. Pool is a token kiddies pool - don’t be fooled by the photos. Room was small and unremarkable for a so - called premier king. No coffee maker in room. Evening room service order was never delivered. The rooftop space with restaurant, bar, and “swimming” pool is a highlight. Food very good. Location is fine."

"Hotel is great, awesome restaurant options in the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. We also did the robot massage they have on-site which was pretty cool. Street is loud outside (no fault of the hotel) so request a higher room or bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper."

My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"

"Disappointing stay – outdated and uncomfortable I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are incredibly old, and the shower was in very bad condition. To make matters worse, when we arrived, the window had been left wide open with the AC turned off, so the entire room was full of mosquitoes. I would not recommend staying here."
